We would like to offer you our sincere thanks and appreciation for your efforts that contributed to one of the most successful Smelter Shutdowns in recent history. Your efforts to support and complete the work in a timely and safe manner have not gone unnoticed and we sincerely appreciate your contribution.

The May Smelter Shutdown was completed in a timely manner with over 200,000 man-hours worked by about 1,200 people. The safety record was remarkable with no lost time accidents and no major medical treatment accidents. Your contribution certainly helped in obtaining favorable end results.
