The new Portneuf Medical Center is premier medical center in southeast Idaho. Because this project was an expansion of the existing hospital, project phasing and scheduling were critical to the owner and Layton Construction, the general contractor for the project. Jack B. Parson Companies create an innovative and aggressive schedule and successfully completed the project on time, meeting the aggressive scheduling and phasing requirements of the project. Ground breaking for the new hospital began in late summer of 2009 and the completion of the project was early spring of 2011. This was an exciting opportunity to show case the talents and abilities of Jack B. Parson Companies in constructing a new facility of this kind.
