Staker Parson Announces Acquisition of Burdick Paving

ODGEN, UTAH—Staker Parson Companies announced today that is has acquired the assets of Burdick Paving in Roosevelt.
Burdick Paving serves customers from multiple locations providing asphalt, paving, crushed aggregates and earth moving services for the private, commercial, state and federal sectors.
John W. Burdick founded the company in 1974.The family-owned company was incorporated in 1986. Burdick family members have joined Staker Parson Companies in key management roles. The business now operates as Burdick Materials.
